Yuval Dagim is Chief Executive Officer and visionary of Caesarstone Ltd. Mr. Dagim joined us in August 2018, bringing close to 30 years of international leadership and executive management experience to his role. He has successfully spearheaded numerous organizational enhancements and global business developments at several companies. Previously, Mr. Dagim held a series of C-level and upper level management positions at select global companies including Shikun & Binui Ltd., Kimberly Clark, and Hanson, working and living across multiple time zones and cultures. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Israeli Technological Institute Technion (1991), and an EMBA from Bar Ilan University, Israel (2000).
Ophir Yakovian, CPA, is our Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the overall financial operations and strategy of the company. Mr. Yakovian possesses over 20 years of experience in various financial roles, including extensive experience in financing, capital, and accounting, primarily at companies with an international focus. Prior to joining Caesarstone in April 2018, he was CFO of Perion Network Ltd., CFO of Tnuva Group, and CFO of Lumenis Ltd., preceded by a VP Finance position at Verint Systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting and a master’s degree in business economics from Bar Ilan University, Israel.
Ken Williams is President of Caesarstone North America. Having joined us in March 2016, Mr. Williams specializes in building strong teams with core values of high performance, people, innovation, customer focus, and credibility. Previously, he held various senior executive level leadership positions including Executive VP of Sales and Marketing in a number of Masco Corporation divisions, as well as general management and leadership roles at Fortune Brands, the Redhill Company Ltd., and Thorn Stevenson Kellogg Management Consultants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Trent University in Ontario, Canada.
David Cullen is our Chief Executive Officer for Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Cullen joined us in April 2010, bringing with him a wealth of corporate knowledge across a variety of industries with a deep regional focus. He was previously General Manager of Komatsu Ltd.; CEO of Global Food Equipment Pty Ltd.; CEO of White International Pty Ltd.; CEO of Daisytek Australia Pty Ltd.; and CEO of Tech Pacific Australia Pty Ltd., preceded by other management positions at other companies since 1985. Mr. Cullen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.
Amir Reske is our EMEA Managing Director. Prior to joining us in 2016, Reske was CEO of Tadiran Energy Ltd. in Israel; the Director of Subsidiaries at Mehuedet National Health Services in Israel; and Chief Investment Director and Director of Business Development at CP Holdings Ltd. in the United Kingdom. Reske is a member of the Israeli bar and holds a post graduate diploma in legal practice from the University of Oxford and a business law degree from Coventry University.
Eli Feiglin is our Vice President of Marketing. Having joined us in December 2009, Mr. Feiglin brings to our company his vast experience in building national and global brands, creative and data-driven marketing, as well as loyalty strategies. Prior to joining us, he was VP Marketing of Jafora-Tabori Ltd.; CEO of Comutech Ltd.; marketing manager of Pelephone Ltd.; category manager of Osem (Nestle Israel); and project manager of POC Strategic Consulting Ltd. Mr. Feiglin holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics, and an M.B.A., both from Tel-Aviv University in Israel.
Amihai Seider is our VP Production. Mr. Seider brings with him close to three decades of experience in managing large production sites and systems. He spent the previous fifteen years in ascending positions at Haifa Chemicals including plant manager, production manager, followed by his last appointment, VP Operations. Formerly, he worked at Electrochemical Industries holding several positions of increasing responsibility including process engineer, production manager, and site manager. Mr. Seider holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Technion University, and an M.B.A. from Haifa University, both in Israel.
Erez Margalit has been serving as our Vice President of Research and Development since August 2013 as well as our Research and Development Engineering Manager since December 2010. Prior to joining us, he was Director of Equipment, Reliability, and Services of Fab1 and Fab2 of Tower Semiconductor Ltd., and Technical Manager for several departments in Tower Semiconductor Ltd. Throughout his career, Mr. Margalit specialized in designing, developing, and implementing unique machinery for targeted applications. He holds a practical engineering degree in Electronics from Emek Israel College in Israel – an exclusive qualification that combines theory with practical training.
Hezi Eini is our VP Supply Chain. Mr. Eini brings over 25 years of experience in E2E supply chain and operation management, as well as forecasting and strategy. Prior to joining Caesarstone, he held various positions of increasing responsibility at Flex Ltd. culminating in his appointment as head of business operations at India Mobile/APAC Region. His previous roles include VP Industrial Engineering, VP Materials, senior director, general manager, and supply chain manager. He was also general manager at Gpro Ltd. and plant manager at Tambour. Mr. Eini holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Israel’s Technion University.
Ron Mosberg has served as our General Counsel & Corporate Secretary since September 2018. Prior to joining us, Mr. Mosberg served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Enzymotec Ltd. Previously, from 2011 to 2015, Mr. Mosberg served as an associate at the law firm of Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz; from 2010 to 2011, as an associate at the law firm of Golfarb Seligman; and from 2007 to 2010 as an associate at the law firm of Yossi Avraham. Mr. Mosberg holds an L.L.B in Law and Psychology from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
Nirit Peled Muntz has served as our Vice President, Human Resources since November 2018. Prior to joining us, Ms. Peled Muntz served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lumos Global. Previously, she held various managerial positions at IQVIA, including as Regional Senior Director HR, CEE and North Europe; as HR Director Eastern Europe & Middle East; and as HR Manager. She served as the head of HR at Arcaffe, and as OD & Training Manager at Deal Time (eBay). She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology, and M.A. in Labor Studies, both from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
Giora Wegman has served as our Deputy Chief Executive Officer since August 2010. He was a member of our board of directors between June 2008 and July 2010. In the two decades prior to 2008, Mr. Wegman held various management positions in our Company. From 2000 to February 2006, he served as Co-CEO, and from February 2006 to July 2008, he served as Deputy CEO. Since October 2014, he has served as a member of the Kibbutz Sdot-Yam Economic Council and since June 2008 he has served as the Manager of Business at Kibbutz Sdot-Yam. Mr. Wegman holds a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from Rupin College, Israel.
